The only sane part of the world... File-trading is LEGAL in Canada

Check this out.
I did not know this... but apparently, the RIAA worked so hard to impose a tax on blank CD's in Canada that they inadvertantly created a law very different from the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (amongst the worst written in history). It LEGALIZES private copying. So if I copy a CD and give it to you, it's illegal. But I give you my CD and you copy it, that's perfectly legal! Hence, P2P is legal.

We won't all be locked up by the RIAA, eh?
