Sony BMG: Big fat Liar?

After a security expert figured out that a music CD he bought contained software designed to hack into Windows PC's (which is illegal under U.S. Law), other experts concluded that indeed, the "root-kit" approach it used made that PC vulnerable to attacks.

Sony BMG responded with a lie: that there was no security compromise. Users can download a patch though.

It turns out even the patch can make your PC vulnerable to invasion!

I don't work in that part of Sony, but in SPE, there's a hotline to report unethical behavior. Already Sony BMG has been caught with other violations..

Are you going to do anything about this, Sir Howard Stringer? It's making the rest of Sony companies look bad.
